Bijou
And for my 8th wine of Christmas I bring you the eminently quaffable Eminence de Bijou. Produced near the charming town of Béziers in the Languedoc, there is curranty Grenache on the nose and just the faintest hint of vanilla custard on the finish. This slight softness makes it an ideal choice with Asian salads like this Tuna Tataki, crafted by I award it 16.5 points. # roséwine
