This is the palest of pinks, crisp and delicate like a On the palate this lingers with a stone fruit freshness that would marry very well with roast pork and apple sauce or a Confit de Canard. Like the warm November rays, this wine has the power to surprise! I award it 18 points.

Studio by Miraval is the more accessible rose from the legendary Chateau Miraval estate in Provence, created as a tribute to the property’s famous recording studio where Pink Floyd recorded ‘The Wall’ and AC/DC, The Cure and Sting all laid down tracks. The estate, purchased by Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, produces its wines in partnership with the Perrin family of Chateauneuf-du-Pape’s renowned Chateau de Beaucastel. Made from a blend of Cinsault, Grenache, Rolle and the rare Tibouren grape grown on clay and limestone soils surrounded by olive and pine trees, Studio by Miraval offers that signature Provence elegance – pale pink, delicately floral, beautifully dry – at a more everyday price point.
