Meinklang – Meinklang Prosa Rosé Frizzante
It’s International Dog Day – and Seamus is planning his trip to France next year. Meanwhile he has a Bonio and a bottle of unusual pink fizz close to paw for our family gathering later… full report on the wine to follow!

About this Vineyard
Meinklang is a pioneering biodynamic family farm in Burgenland, Austria, located on the shores of Lake Neusiedl within a UNESCO World Heritage landscape. Run by the Michlits family, this Demeter-certified estate spans a remarkable 2,000 hectares where vines grow alongside Mangalitsa pigs, cattle, horses, sheep, and chickens in a self-sustaining agricultural ecosystem — with horses even working the vineyards. All wines are spontaneously fermented with native yeasts and bottled unfined and unfiltered, including their Prosa Rose pet-nat, a joyful sparkling expression of this extraordinary farm.
