Bijou – Cuvee Bijou Rose de Providence

Another very stylish and well honed offering from the Languedoc, Bijou wines are well presented and have flavour notes of old rose and pomegranate that echo fine pinks from Provence. At under £10 a bottle this wine is dressed to impress. Try it with a platter of marinated leeks and charcuterie. Slice leeks finely and poach with wine, tomatoes, parsley, garlic and seasoning. Allow to cool completely then dress with good olive oil and lemon juice to taste. Retro and delicious!
