AIX – AIX Rose
Aix is a clever wine. Great presentation – in a huge range of formats- and it tastes spot on. Balanced, red fruits, enough of a finish to work with a spicy grilled squid salad including raw fennel. Delightful moment in an excellent London wine venue.

About this Vineyard
Maison Saint Aix has been crafting its iconic AIX Rose from one of the highest points in the Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence appellation, perched at 420 metres above sea level near the majestic Sainte-Victoire mountain. Spanning 75 hectares, the estate benefits from cool nights and the drying Mistral wind, creating ideal conditions for the Grenache, Syrah, and Cinsault that make up this beautifully pale, berry-scented rose.
