Josh Cellars – Josh Cellars Rose
At the fabulous restored TWA terminal in JFK airport New York. Now a hotel and a truly stylish place to kill time waiting for a plane. Sipping a simple but well made rosé from California – Josh Cellars. Enough nectarine fruit to counter the tart acidity on the finish. I am pairing this with a cucumber and watermelon salad with feta cheese.

About this Vineyard
Josh Cellars was founded in 2007 by Joseph Carr, a former sommelier from Upstate New York who named the brand as a loving tribute to his late father Josh, a military veteran and volunteer firefighter. What began with Carr selling Cabernet Sauvignon from the back of his truck has grown into the best-selling premium wine brand in the United States, producing over 7.5 million cases annually across 23 varieties. The script on every label is modelled after Carr’s mother’s handwriting — a warm, personal touch on one of California’s great success stories.
