La Dame en Rose – La Dame en Rose
Over this Jubilee weekend I’ve been dashing from pillar to post- like many of us? Chose this to accompany my M&S sandwich on the train. It’s French, gently sparkling and has a juicy mouthful of berry fruit on the palate. Make sure you keep it well chilled as it also has a kick of residual sugar. Would pair well with strawberry shortbread and cream – or summer pudding?

About this Vineyard
La Dame en Rose is a Languedoc-Roussillon rose produced by Celliers du Soleil, blending Carignan, Cinsault, and Grenache grapes from the sun-soaked south of France. Available in both still and sparkling versions, this pretty pink wine has picked up Gold at The Global Masters and a Commended at the International Wine Challenge. Widely stocked at Marks and Spencer in the UK, it is a reliable, crowd-pleasing choice for summer sipping.
