Domaine de la Vieille Tour is a 22-hectare organic estate in the Cotes de Provence, situated between Pierrefeu and Cuers in a slight geographical depression that creates a unique microclimate for long, even ripening. The grapes — a classic Provencal blend of Grenache, Syrah, and Cinsault — are hand-picked and gently pressed in an ultra-modern gravity-fed winery.
