Nozeco – Nozeco Sparkling Rose
This clever concoction is crafted to suit the demands of Dry January and Veganuary both.
Made from wine that has been de-alcoholised by gentle heating, it then has added flavours to liven it up.
This all happens in France, not Italy, despite the nod to Prosecco in the name.
As in that famous fizz, the sparkle is gentle and the nose fragrant. Where true Prosecco has a honeysuckle charm, this alternate has scents of rose, white peach and lychee, while on the palate there is definite brioche, but also just the smallest touch of powdered doughnut.
Do not let this put you off! It is well balanced and has enough pizazz to liven your palate. Try it with mezze or tapas.

About this Vineyard
Nozeco is the UK’s leading alcohol-free sparkling wine brand, holding a 26% market share in the low-and-no category. Produced by Les Grands Chais de France – a family-owned wine powerhouse founded by Joseph Helfrich in Alsace – Nozeco is made by first crafting a traditional wine, then gently removing the alcohol in a vacuum at temperatures below 30 degrees Celsius to preserve all those lovely aromatics. Vegan-certified and available in a growing range from classic sparkling to rose, bellini and spritz, it’s a genuinely delicious option for mindful drinkers.
