Mas de Cadenet – Mas de Cadenet Rose

France at the end of summer- how perfect- as grapes are gathered.. For delicious wines such as Mas de Cadenet – a pitch perfect organic pink from Provence. Red fruits on the nose but also a whiff of the sea and some earthiness to accompany dishes with a base of tomato and garlic. The best dishes! Try this wine with challenging anchovies or subtle squid. Both will work perfectly.

About this Vineyard

Mas de Cadenet has been in the Negrel family since 1813, making it seven generations of continuous winemaking at the foot of Cezanne’s beloved Sainte-Victoire mountain in the heart of Provence. Today, Guy Negrel leads the 45-hectare estate alongside his children Maud and Matthieu, with rose accounting for 60% of their production from organically farmed Syrah, Grenache, Cinsault, and Rolle. Their vineyards sit within the prized Sainte-Victoire sub-appellation of Cotes de Provence — a status that 22 winemakers, including Mas de Cadenet, fought for over 15 years to achieve.
