Daylesford Farm
Seamus and I would like to present my Eleventh Pink of Christmas. And it’s decidedly posh, from via the beautiful Provence estate owned by the Bamford family. Stylish presentation and a mouthful of fruit and Mediterranean spice inside. Perfect balance. This is a wine to savour, not swig. Try it with a mince pie to appreciate its depth of flavour. It also comes in a sexy sparkling version. I award both 19 points..

About this Vineyard
Daylesford is the beloved organic farm and lifestyle destination nestled in the Cotswolds, founded by the Bamford family, who also own the sister estate Chateau Leoube in Provence. Leoube’s 70 hectares of certified organic and biodynamic vineyards sit along four kilometres of Mediterranean coastline, with winemaker Romain Ott — part of an illustrious Provencal winemaking family dating back generations — at the helm for over 20 years. When you spot a Daylesford rose, you are drinking the fruits of that remarkable Provencal partnership.
