Chateau Pesquie – Chateau Pesquie Rose
Drinking stylish pink from Château Pesquie in some distinguished company! Perfect accompaniment for the fab set lunch at Crockers Henley. 2 elegantly presented courses and delicious bread with Branston pickle butter for a mere £20. The umami experience of the butter paired perfectly with the rounded mouthfeel of this wine from the slopes of Mont Ventoux. Showcases the fact that there’s a pink for every dish.

About this Vineyard
At the foot of Mont Ventoux, in the heart of a UNESCO biosphere reserve, Chateau Pesquie has been a family affair since the Chaudiere family acquired the estate in the 1970s and produced their first vintage. Now run by brothers Alexandre and Frederic Chaudiere, the estate is certified organic and Demeter-certified biodynamic, with Grenache and Syrah dominating the 100-hectare vineyard. Widely credited with putting the Ventoux appellation on the world wine map, Pesquie’s wines – from the accessible Terrasses to the single-vineyard cuvees – combine the richness of the south with an extraordinary mountain-born freshness.
