Chateau Minuty
A lazy picnic in Oxford- time for an upmarket choice of pink. This bottle is classic Minuty – called Rose & Gold it has rose gold tints in the glass and aromas of nectarine and lychee with a lingering, creamy finish. I award this fabulous expression of Grenache 19 points.

About this Vineyard
Chateau Minuty has been the jewel of the Saint-Tropez peninsula, when Gabriel Farnet first established the estate on the sun-drenched hillsides overlooking the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. One of just 23 Crus Classes of the Cotes de Provence (classified ), the estate is now run by the fourth generation of the Matton-Farnet family under LVMH ownership, producing an astonishing 8 million bottles of rose annually. With hand-harvested Grenache and Tibouren from 65 hectares of limestone-schist soils, Minuty’s iconic bottles have earned their place on the world’s most discerning tables – and their designation as ‘Estate No.1 of Saint-Tropez’ by La Revue du Vin de France.
