Clos Cantenac (Charlotte Krajewski) – Elegance Rose

Stunning wine from a very gifted young winemaker- Charlotte Krajewski. The sophisticated bottle reflects the style, which is multi-faceted, with elements of old rose and white peach at first, then a fine finish with just a hint of boudoir about it – slightly powdery and mineral. A Friday Night Rosé ideal for seduction, this wine flags up Bordeaux as the new place to look for pink finesse.

About this Vineyard

This enchanting six-hectare Saint-Emilion property was purchased by Martin Krajewski and his friend Marcus Le Grice, who immediately set about renovating its 200-year-old winery., Martin’s daughter Charlotte has taken the reins as Technical Director and Chief Winemaker, bringing a wealth of international experience from stints at Groot Constantia, Tyrrell’s, and several New Zealand estates. With vineyards planted on deep gravel, sand, and clay over limestone, Clos Cantenac is fast becoming one of Bordeaux’s most exciting rising stars.
